Resumen:	El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar los principios de la arquitectura inclusiva y cognitiva y como por medio de esta pueden ser aplicables en un proyecto arquitectónico, específicamente un centro de capacitación integral que reúna en todos sus espacios un diseño para todos con y sin limitaciones bajo el concepto de inclusividad y diseño universal. analizando como los parámetros de diseño repercuten de manera directa e indirecta en el desarrollo educativo, atención y memoria. El proyecto se enfoca en niños y jóvenes con alguna discapacidad cognitiva ya sea leve o moderada entre los 5 y 18 años. Este proyecto busca integrar y eliminar las barreras físicas y perceptivas que se presentan en la sociedad específicamente en la educación, pues hoy en día una de las problemáticas que más se evidencian en la mayoría de los proyectos es la falta de inclusión y acceso para los niños y jóvenes que presentan alguna discapacidad. siendo una población vulnerable que necesita un instrumento de desarrollo. por eso se abarca la idea de un proyecto que sea para todos y en vez de segregar la población ayude a integrar vinculando varios elementos en el diseño a través de la Neuro arquitectura, psicología ambiental, arquitectura inclusiva y cognitiva y como por medio de estos conceptos se puede construir un entorno propicio de aprendizaje en donde a través de las experiencias y percepciones podrán evolucionar los alumnos en cuanto a la recuperación de sus discapacidades.
Abstract:	The objective of this study is to determine the principles of inclusive and cognitive architecture and how through this they can be applicable in an architectural project, specifically a comprehensive training center that brings together in all its spaces a design for everyone with and without limitations under the concept of inclusivity and universal design. analyzing how design parameters impact direct and indirect in educational development, attention and memory. The project focuses on children and young people with some cognitive disability, whether mild or moderate, between the ages of 5 and 18. This project seeks to integrate and eliminate the physical and perceptual barriers that arise in society, specifically in education, since today one of the problems that is most evident in most projects is the lack of inclusion and access for children. and young people who have a disability. being a vulnerable population that needs a development instrument. That is why the idea of ​​a project that is for everyone is covered and instead of segregating the population, it helps to integrate by linking various elements in the design through Neuro architecture, environmental psychology, inclusive and cognitive architecture and how through these concepts a conducive learning environment can be built where, through the experiences and perceptions that students will be able to evolve in terms of recovering from their disabilities.
