Resumen: | La agencia de viajes “Turismo Mesitas S.A.S.” Es reconocida a nivel de la región del Tequendama gracias a su ardua labor por los últimos tres años, sin embargo, a causa del crecimiento notorio que obtuvo. En el año 2022 se formó un océano rojo en diferentes municipios de esta región, en su mayoría apuntando el mismo nicho de mercado. En beneficio de esto se realizó un análisis en la base datos donde se encontró cierto déficit en planes turísticos relacionados para jóvenes entre los 18 a 39 años de edad dedicados a laboral para los visitantes que llegan a esta región. Esta nueva línea de mercado como propuesta de valor ofrece experiencias emocionantes, para dicha población caracterizados por ser aventureros y ansiosos de vivir experiencias auténticas en diferentes lugares de Colombia y así mismo explorar la diversidad de ecosistemas, especies, fauna, comunidades e historia con la que cuenta este país. |
Abstract: | The travel agency “Turismo Mesitas S.A.S.” It is recognized throughout the Tequendama region thanks to its hard work over the last three years, however, due to the notable growth it obtained. In 2022, a red ocean was formed in different municipalities of this region, mostly targeting the same market niche. For the benefit of this, an analysis was carried out in the database where a certain deficit was found in related tourism plans for young people between 18 and 39 years of age dedicated to work for visitors who come to this region. This new market line as a value proposition offers exciting experiences, for this population characterized by being adventurous and eager to live authentic experiences in different places in Colombia and also explore the diversity of ecosystems, species, fauna, communities and history with which this country counts. |
