Resumen:	El proyecto se desarrolla como un abordaje a la interpretación del límite en la arquitectura desde su relación con el espacio público y el espacio privado, donde el espacio público se ve como el espacio colectivo en el que se recopilan factores de índole vivencial y de índole socioeconómico y el espacio privado como la arquitectura de la vivienda moderna y contemporánea, analizando como se ha abordado esta relación y vinculación desde el uso del espacio y la vocación de un sector específico en el que sea evidenciable una desconexión entre lo público y lo privado ya sea por fenómenos urbanos o sociales que conllevan a que la ciudad y el sector se fragmente y se segregue para que sea evidente su diferenciación.
Abstract:	The project is developed as an approach to the interpretation of the limit in architecture from its relationship with public space and private space, where public space is seen as the collective space in which experiential and socioeconomic factors are collected. and the private space as the architecture of modern and contemporary housing, analyzing how this relationship and connection has been approached from the use of space and the vocation of a specific sector in which a disconnection between the public and the private is evident, whether due to urban or social phenomena that lead to the city and the sector being fragmented and segregated so that their differentiation is evident.
