dc.description | This project proposes the development of a new construction biomaterial designed for building envelopes with comfort problems or associated with the understanding of the sick building syndrome. Thus, the main objective of this project is to cure the disease in buildings and improve the quality of life of users through strategies that will be integrated into the envelope. The construction biomaterial prototype will be designed taking into account different properties that are key. And in this way we will seek to improve thermal insulation, reducing the transfer of heat or cold inside the building through the materials that surround it. In addition, antimicrobial properties, air purification and materials with a low thermal conductivity index will be incorporated to guarantee a healthy indoor environment free of contaminants. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | En este proyecto se propone el desarrollo de un nuevo biomaterial de construcción diseñado para envolventes de edificios con problemas de confort o asociado al entendimiento del síndrome del edificio enfermo siendo así, el objetivo principal de este proyecto es curar la enfermedad en los edificios y mejorar la calidad de vida de los usuarios a través de estrategias que se integraran en la envolvente. El prototipo de biomaterial de construcción se diseñará teniendo en cuenta diferentes propiedades que son clave. Y de esta forma Se buscará mejorar el aislamiento térmico, reduciendo la transferencia de calor o frio en el interior del edificio por medio de los materiales que lo envuelven. Además, se incorporarán propiedades antimicrobianas, de purificación del aire y además materiales con un índice bajo de conductividad térmica para garantizar un ambiente interior saludable y libre de contaminantes. | spa |
