Resumen: | El presente trabajo analiza las causas de retiro del personal con contrato indefinido de la organización Aerosan SAS, con el fin de diseñar una estrategia para disminuir la rotación de los empleados. Este estudio se ha llevado a cabo mediante la aplicación de una encuesta exhaustiva dirigida a todos los colaboradores que han decidido renunciar voluntariamente, los resultados de esta encuesta han revelado una tendencia significativa al no sentirse satisfechos con el salario recibido, adicional de encontrarse también un factor a trabajar como lo es el equilibrio vida y trabajo, seguido de un plan de reconocimientos. |
Abstract: | This work analyzes the causes of retirement of personnel with an indefinite contract from the Aerosan SAS organization, in order to design a strategy to reduce employee turnover. This study has been carried out by applying an exhaustive survey aimed at all employees who have decided to resign voluntarily. The results of this survey have revealed a significant tendency of not feeling satisfied with the salary received, in addition to also finding a factor to work such as work-life balance, followed by a recognition plan. |
