Resumen:	En la búsqueda de la efectividad del desarrollo y posterior implementación de los sistemas integrados de gestión en las empresas del sector de Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor Especial, es de vital importancia determinar el diagnóstico inicial mediante una metodología de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa, específicamente bajo el método de investigación descriptivo e investigación-acción; el propósito de esta investigación es identificar, analizar y determinar la relación entre los sistemas integrados de gestión aplicables a cada empresa del sector transporte y la efectividad del liderazgo de cada uno de los líderes de proceso. Para esta investigación se tendrán en cuenta los líderes de cada uno de los procesos de la empresa, quienes serán objeto para la aplicación de una encuesta y su posterior aplicación para determinar el diagnóstico y los estilos del liderazgo en la implementación de los sistemas de gestión aplicables, de esta manera, tomar las medidas pertinentes en búsqueda de la mejora continua de cada uno de los funcionarios y los procesos que lideran y de las empresas en sí, partiendo sin duda alguna del conocimiento, la apropiación, el liderazgo y demás principios necesarios con los que debe contar un buen líder.
Abstract:	In the search for the effectiveness of the development and subsequent implementation of integrated management systems in companies in the Special Automotive Land Public Transport sector, it is vitally important to determine the initial diagnosis through a qualitative and quantitative research methodology, specifically under the descriptive research and action research; The purpose of this research is to identify, analyze and determine the relationship between the integrated management systems applicable to each company in the transportation sector and the leadership effectiveness of each of the process leaders. For this research, the leaders of each of the company's processes will be taken into account, who will be the subject of a survey and its subsequent application to determine the diagnosis and leadership styles in the implementation of the applicable management systems. , in this way, take the pertinent measures in search of continuous improvement of each of the officials and the processes they lead and of the companies themselves, starting without a doubt from the knowledge, appropriation, leadership and other necessary principles with those that a good leader should have.
