| Resumen: | Esta Guía específica los requisitos para la operación comercial de personas de transporte por cable “Teleférico” en Colombia; con el fin de a) demostrar su capacidad para proporcionar un servicio que satisfagan los requisitos del cliente- usuarios, los legales y reglamentarios aplicables, y aspira a aumentar la satisfacción de las partes interesadas, a través de la aplicación eficaz, incluidos los procesos para la mejora del sistema y el aseguramiento de la conformidad. Todos los requisitos de esta guía son genéricos y se pretende que sean aplicables a cualquier operación de trasporte de personas por cable “teleférico”. Teniendo como referencia las normas generales internacionales para la explotación de sistemas de transporte de personas por cable: UNE-EN 12397- 2006, UNE-EN 12929-1:2015, UNE-EN 1909:2017 y estructurados bajo el estándar de las: ISO 9001:2015, Sistemas de gestión de la calidad, ISO 45001:2018 Sistemas de gestión de la SGSST, ISO 14001, ISO 39001:2018 Sistemas de gestión de la Seguridad vial; bajo la aplicabilidad evidenciado en el Manual de operaciones y plan de emergencias del Consorcio Cable Móvil para la operación del TransMiCable. |
| Abstract: | The study is developed through qualitative and exploratory research, using documentary analysis of various secondary sources. The aim is to identify the physical, chemical and mechanical characteristics of banana fiber to determine its suitability in the textile industry. In addition, an economic analysis is carried out that includes costs, investments and resources necessary to transform the pseudostem into natural fiber. This establishes the feasibility of replacing or reducing the use of synthetic fibers, contributing significantly to the reduction of carbon emissions and textile waste. The technical study includes the characterization of banana fiber and the comparison with other textile fibers, as well as the identification of appropriate extraction and treatment methods. The site for the development of the project is also defined and the necessary machinery is selected. The economic study covers everything from the cost structure and payroll to the financial evaluation that includes indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). |
