| dc.description | Mestiza is a Colombian enterprise specialized in the manufacture and commercialization of chocolate, lemon and buttery cakes, flavors that allow those who dare to try these products to develop a fantastic experience. The customization of the cakes, the nature of the inputs, the traditional production methods, the essence of the country in each product and the exceptional customer service are the basis for the success and sustainability of the pastry brand. In this project, we analyze the different aspects that allow us to identify the potential development of Mestiza, taking into account innovation and the different components that make the added value a determining differential in a traditional industry with a fairly high supply. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | Mestiza es un emprendimiento colombiano especializado en la fabricación y comercialización de tortas de chocolate, limón y mantecada, sabores que permiten desarrollar una experiencia fantástica a quienes se animan a probar dichos productos. La personalización de las tortas, la naturaleza de los insumos, los métodos de producción tradicional, la esencia del país en cada producto y la atención excepcional al cliente son las bases para el éxito y la sostenibilidad de la marca pastelera. En el presente proyecto, se analizan los diferentes aspectos que permiten identificar el potencial desarrollo de Mestiza, teniendo en cuenta la innovación y los diferentes componentes que hagan del valor agregado, un diferencial determinante en una industria tradicional y con una oferta bastante alta. | spa |
