Resumen: | El presente documento, realiza una aproximación al dilema ético-moral que se visible en las organizaciones a la hora de tomar decisiones, dado que se presentan frecuentemente dos ópticas que se oponen mutuamente en las prácticas de gestión administrativa. Esta doble óptica, o dialógica ha sido abordada clásicamente desde un enfoque simplista, en un intento desmedido por anular la lógica subyacente. |
Abstract: | This document is an approach to ethical and moral dilemma visible in organizations when making decisions, as two mutually opposing optical practices in administration frequently occur. This double perspective, dialogic or classically been addressed from a simplistic approach, an excessive attempt to override the underlying logic. |
