Resumen: | Este artículo se presenta como un primer acercamiento a los conceptos, procesos y criterios que han desarrollado algunos Planes de Renovación Urbana en Europa, hasta llegar a las propuestas lideradas por el Distrito de Bogotá en la zona denominada Triángulo de Fenicia. Se parte de conocer las condiciones que determinan estos planes de Renovación Urbana que promueven el “mejoramiento del hábitat de un sitio” y sin embargo, pocas veces apuntan a procesos integrales, dejando que el mismo esté liderado especialmente por la variable económica. |
Abstract: | This paper presents a first approach to the concepts, processes and criteria that have developed some plans for Urban Renewal in Europe, reaching proposals led by the District of Bogota in the area known as Triangle Phoenicia. It is part of knowing the conditions which determine these urban renewal plans that promote “habitat enhancement site” and yet rarely point to end processes, letting it be especially led by the economic variable. |
