Abstract: | The husk of coffee also known like endocarpio, it is a cartilaginous coating of white yellowish color, approximately of 100 micrometers of thickness, constituted by the silver skin and the shindy. It is one of the by-products of the coffee industry, with very good combustible properties, provided that 17.90 mJ/Kg. To characterize a sample of this by-product the analysis of Van Soest, the densities, and two unitary operations, tamizaje and grinding. |
