Resumen: | El presente proyecto evalúa la influencia de la agitación sobre la producción de biomasa en un fotobiorreactor panel plano, mediante la modificación de los aspersores en el difusor los cuales forman la burbuja. Como primera medida, se elaboraron 3 difusores con diámetros de aspersor diferentes (1, 2 y 4 mm), estos fueron puestos a prueba para afectar la formación de la burbuja en el FBR, a continuación, mediante un análisis de varianza de un factor (ANOVA) y la prueba t se definieron los niveles (diámetros de aspersor) que afectan a la variable respuesta (tasa de crecimiento), seleccionando dos de los 3 difusores implementados (1 y 2 mm). |
Abstract: | The present project evaluates the influence of the agitation on the biomass production in a flat panel photobioreactor, by means of the modification of the sprinklers in the diffuser which form the bubble. As a first step, 3 diffusers with different sprinkler diameters (1, 2 and 4 mm) were made, these were tested to affect the formation of the bubble in the FBR, then by a one-factor analysis of variance ( ANOVA) and t test were used to determine the levels (sprinkler diameters) that affect the response variable (growth rate), selecting two of the 3 diffusers implemented (1 and 2 mm). |
