Resumen: | En los últimos años Bogotá ha tenido un aumento significativo de su población, por ello se han creado diversas entidades prestadoras de servicios de salud para satisfacer la demanda de servicios del Sistema Nacional de Salud (SNS); sin embargo, la falta de organización, la corrupción administrativa y la gerencia inadecuada, principalmente, generan diferentes problemas para la prestación del servicio. Este artículo se orienta al estudio de la cultura organizacional y gestión humana del sector de la salud en Bogotá, por medio de un análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo realizado a través de encuestas virtuales a la población de la ciudad. |
Abstract: | In the last years Bogota has had a great increase in his population, and because of it there have been created diverse entities of services of health to satisfy the demand of services of the National System of Health (SNS), but for motives of lack of organization, corruption in the administration and for an inadequate management principally, we could have demonstrated that they present different problems for the service. By everything previous the article is orientated to the study of the culture organizational and human management that is had in the sector of the health in Bogota; by means of a quantitative and qualitative analysis realized across virtual surveys to the population of the city |
