Abstract: | The work of degree developed the first tests of the evaluation of the use of potabilized sea water in the process of elaboration of a craft beer in the company Vikinga Beer Factory SAS in order to obtain an innovative and high quality product for the colombian context and mainly for the city of Bogotá, where the point of commercialization type Pub. |
