| Resumen: | A través de la presente investigación se busca presentar una posible solución al bajo nivel de implementación de TIC dentro de la red de valor de una PYME del sector plásticos, por medio del desarrollo de un modelo construido en base a información recolectada a través de fuentes de información primaria y secundaria. Las fuentes de información secundaria dentro del proyecto se pueden denotar en el desarrollo del estado del arte, donde se pudo conocer el nivel de avance de la implementación de tecnologías a la red de valor. Posteriormente se identificó la red de valor de una PYME del sector plástico y fue diagramada por medio de herramientas VSM y SIPOC conociendo los procesos y flujos de información y recursos que se ven envueltos en esta red de valor. |
| Abstract: | Through this research, we seek to present a possible solution to the low level of implementation of ICT within the value network of an SME in the plastics sector, through the development of a model built based on information collected from primary and secondary sources of information. The sources of secondary information within the project can be denoted in the development of the state of the art, where the level of progress of the implementation of technologies of the value chain could be known. Afterwards, the value chain of an SME in the plastic sector was identified and it was diagrammed by the use of VSM and SIPOC tools, knowing the processes and flows of information and resources that are involved in this value chain. |
