Resumen: | En este proyecto de investigación se tiene como propósito la obtención de productos con valor agregado como azúcares reductores para la posterior producción de bioetanol, xilitol, ácido láctico, entre otros, a partir de residuos lignocelulósicos de tipo agroindustrial, a su vez buscar alternativas a los métodos convencionales de obtención de azúcares reductores como la hidrólisis química y la hidrólisis con enzimas aisladas con el fin de reducir costos y evitar el uso de sustancias corrosivas como el ácido sulfúrico y el hidróxido de sodio usados en la hidrólisis química. Por esto se evaluó la viabilidad del uso de la fermentación sólida para la obtención de azúcares reductores a partir de cáscara de piña de la variedad MD2, más conocida como “piña Golden” haciendo uso del hongo Trichoderma ressei. |
Abstract: | The purpose of this research project is to obtain products with added value such as reducing sugars for the subsequent production of bioethanol, xylitol, lactic acid, among others, from lignocellulosic residues of agroindustrial type, in turn to look for alternatives to conventional methods of obtaining reducing sugars such as chemical hydrolysis and hydrolysis with isolated enzymes in order to reduce costs and avoid the use of corrosive substances such as sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide used in chemical hydrolysis. Therefore, the feasibility of using solid fermentation to obtain reducing sugars from pineapple peel of the MD2 variety, better known as ""Golden pineapple"" using the fungus Trichoderma ressei, was evaluated. |
