| Resumen: | Este trabajo de grado posee una finalidad de desarrollar una propuesta para un plan de implementación del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la norma NTC-ISO-45001, con su estructura de sistema de gestión y sus herramientas para una empresa del sector comercial. Para la estructura del plan de implementación se hace una evaluación, que por medio de una lista de chequeo de los requisitos o requerimientos de la norma identifica los faltantes y el cumplimiento a los mismos, arrojando así resultados para la estructura de un sistema de gestión para la organización estudiada. |
| Abstract: | This degree project has the purpose of developing a proposal for an implementation plan about Occupational health and safety management system based on the NTC-ISO-45001 standard with the structure of management system and their tools for a company in the commercial sector. For the structure of the implementation plan will be performed an evaluation through a checklist of requirements or requirements of the standard identifies the missing and fulfillment of them throwing the results for the structure of a management system for the organization studied. |
