| Resumen: | Este trabajo investigativo tuvo como objetivo realizar el estado del arte sobre la aplicación del control estadístico de procesos en empresas de servicios. Lo anterior con el fin de identificar, principalmente, cuál ha sido la producción documental con respecto al tema, la forma en la que ha sido tratado el tema por diferentes autores, y cómo lo han expuesto en sus respectivos documentos. La primera actividad realizada fue la búsqueda documental, previa definición del periodo histórico para la correspondiente búsqueda, en diferentes bases de datos: Redalyc, Scielo, Ebsco, Ebrary, Proquest, y Virtualpro. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this research work was to carry out the state of the art on the application of statistical process control in service companies. The above in order to identify, mainly, what has been the documentary production with respect to the subject, the way in which the subject has been treated by different authors, and how they have exposed it in their respective documents. The first activity was the documentary search, after defining the historical period for the corresponding search, in different databases: Redalyc, Scielo, Ebsco, Ebrary, Proquest, and Virtualpro. |
