Resumen: | En la actualidad el Estado ha orientado sus esfuerzos a la mejora del servicio en empresas y organizaciones que cumplen funciones públicas, por ello es de gran importancia que estas estén organizadas por procesos y que las mismas tengan en su estructura estratégica un área de control interno, que se encargue de ir perfeccionando el servicio al cliente, satisfaciendo sus necesidades y mejorando la imagen del servidor público. La calidad del servicio se encuentra definida como hacer que las cosas y las personas trabajen bien desde el principio, que abran sus mentes a la idea de que siempre es posible mejorar cualquier tarea que se realice. |
Abstract: | At present, the State has focused its efforts on improving service in companies and organizations that fulfill public functions, so it is of great importance that these are organized by processes and that they have an internal control area in their strategic structure. that is in charge of improving the customer service, satisfying their needs and improving the image of the public servant. The quality of service is defined as making things and people work well from the beginning, to open their minds to the idea that it is always possible to improve any task that is carried out. |
