| Resumen: | La hotelería de Colombia ha tenido un crecimiento notable en los últimos 25 años (1990 y siguientes), gracias a diversos factores, entre los cuales destacan el apoyo que el estado le ha brindado, en las áreas de crédito y en el impulso a la inversión en este rubro, a inversionistas extranjeros y nacionales, que ven en el país grandes posibilidades para que sus apuestas inversionistas tengan éxito. Esto, gracias al buen desarrollo que la economía ha experimentado y que le ha permitido al país mostrarse como una nación estable, en cuanto hace a la economía. |
| Abstract: | The hotel industry of Colombia has had a remarkable growth in the last 25 years (1990 and following), thanks to several factors, among which stand out the support that the state has given to it, in the credit areas and in the impulse to the investment in this area, to foreign and national investors, who see great possibilities in the country for their investment bets to succeed. This, thanks to the good development that the economy has experienced and that has allowed the country to show itself as a stable nation, as far as the economy is concerned. |
