Resumen: | Los locales comerciales y/o micro empresas, hoy en día, no tienen establecido como tal un sistema de incentivos o compensaciones para sus trabajadores en comparación con las grandes empresas, donde se tiene establecido incluso en qué proporción se aumentó la rentabilidad o qué beneficios cualitativos se obtuvieron a partir de ello. El clima organizacional de una entidad es tan importante como una optimización de recursos para obtener utilidades superiores, de ahí su papel preponderante. |
Abstract: | The commercial premises and / or micro companies, nowadays, do not have established as such a system of incentives or compensations for their workers in comparison with the big companies, where they have established even in what proportion the profitability was increased or what qualitative benefits they were obtained from it. The organizational climate of an entity is as important as an optimization of resources to obtain higher profits, hence its preponderant role. |
