Resumen: | La microempresa Facatativeña Agua Pura Gotas de Frescura, dedicada al tratamiento y la potabilización del agua, quiere emprender y elaborar un plan de responsabilidad social empresarial (RSE), enfocado en tres componentes que son humano: que se basa en ayudar a sus colaboradores y sus familias a tener mejor calidad de vida; ecológico: que busca estrategias y acciones que colaboren a la preservación y cuidado del medio ambiente y los recursos naturales y por último comunitario: con el cual podrá contribuir y apoyar a grupos de personas vulnerables con el propósito de brindarles un bienestar social y emocional. |
Abstract: | The micro-enterprise Facatativeña Agua Pura Drops of Freshness, dedicated to the treatment and purification of water, wants to undertake and develop a corporate social responsibility (CSR) plan, focused on three components that are human: that is based on helping its employees and their families to have a better quality of life; ecological: that seeks strategies and actions that contribute to the preservation and care of the environment and natural resources and ultimately community: with which you can contribute and support groups of vulnerable people with the purpose of providing social and emotional well-being. |
