Resumen: | El principal objetivo de esta investigación es hacer un análisis de las principales habilidades gerenciales que debe tener un gerente de recursos humanos en el sector de hidrocarburos las cuales sirven como una herramienta de trabajo para afrontar los retos que tiene una industria tan competitiva. A través de la revisión documental de distintas fuentes, ejemplos y gráficos se inicia con las generalidades del recurso humano pasando por las funciones y objetivos de un gerente del recurso humano y terminando con la determinación y el análisis de las principales habilidades gerenciales. |
Abstract: | The main objective of this research is to analyze the main managerial skills that a human resources manager in the hydrocarbon sector must have, which serve as a working tool to face the challenges of such a competitive industry. Through the documentary review of different sources, examples and graphs, it begins with the generalities of the human resource, going through the functions and objectives of a human resource manager and ending with the determination and analysis of the main managerial skills. |
