| Resumen: | Este trabajo plantea un análisis en la gerencia estratégica utilizada por la empresa Industrias Payasito S.A, a través de la implementación de herramientas de estudio, la observación directa y técnicas que permitan la comprensión de la gestión realizada por las misma. Así mismo se desarrollará la consecución de los aspectos de los pasos realizados por la gerencia de la empresa de estudio, hacia el cumplimiento de sus objetivos organizacionales, entendiendo de esta manera los puntos fuertes y débiles en los cuales se puede intervenir para el mejoramiento de su gestión. |
| Abstract: | This work presents an analysis in the strategic management used by the company Industrias Payasito S.A, through the implementation of study tools, direct observation and techniques that allow the understanding of the management carried out by them. Likewise, the achievement of the aspects of the steps made by the management of the study company will be developed, towards the fulfillment of its organizational objectives, understanding in this way the strengths and weaknesses in which it is possible to intervene for the improvement of its management. |
