dc.description | Initially, a description was made of the generalities of the PCP system, its advantages and disadvantages, equipment used in bottom and surface and their installation, manufacturers of PCP pumps, and other important factors of the system. Subsequently, the faults present in the PCP pumps were identified and described. causes and recommended actions to be taken when these occur in the system. This was followed by the well design with the help of the AutoCad 2016 drawing program, which was based on three main components, type of rock store which will act as a producer formation, type of rock seal and type of fluid stored. The PCP system was also designed to scale in the drawing program AutoCad 2016 based on the characteristics of the pump supplied by the company NETZSCH, which has the name NM008*3S. | es_CO |
dc.description.abstract | Inicialmente se realizó la descripción de las generalidades del sistema PCP, sus ventajas y desventajas, equipos utilizados en fondo y en superficie e instalación de los mismos, fabricantes de bombas PCP, y otros factores importantes del sistema. Posteriormente se identificaron y describieron las fallas presentes en las bombas PCP, sus posibles causas y las acciones recomendadas a realizar cuando estas se presentan en el sistema. Seguido de esto se realizó el diseñó del pozo con ayuda del programa de dibujo AutoCad 2016, el cual se fundamentó en tres componentes principales, tipo de roca almacén la cual actuará de formación productora, tipo de roca sello y el tipo de fluido almacenado. De igual manera se diseñó el sistema PCP a escala en el programa de dibujo AutoCad 2016 basándose en las características de la bomba suministrada por la empresa NETZSCH, la cual tiene por nombre NM008*3S. | es_CO |
