Resumen: | El presente documento, describe e identifica las causas que influyen en el absentismo, también se va a presentar las problemáticas más críticas y comunes del absentismo laboral para jóvenes de los 20 a 30 años del género masculino, durante el documento se detalla la fuente de la problemática y así concluir por medio de características en el personal a vincular donde la compañía debe realizar un análisis en el momento de contratación de su personal masculino y de esta forma disminuyendo el índice del absentismo laboral. |
Abstract: | This document describes and identifies the causes that influence absenteeism, it is also going to present the most critical and common problems of work absenteeism for young people between 20 and 30 years of age, during the document the source of the problematic and thus conclude by means of characteristics in the personnel to be linked where the company must carry out an analysis at the time of hiring its male staff and thus decreasing the rate of absenteeism from work. |
