Resumen: | La innovación y la calidad de una empresa se desarrollan en gran parte por las habilidades que adquieren de los directivos con su formación, como principal objetivo de este proyecto es determinar cuáles son los fundamentos principales para llevar a una empresa a la calidad total utilizando productos y servicios con innovación, donde la formación que reciben los directivos es de gran importancia ya que sus destrezas ayudan a desarrollar habilidades en los trabajadores, teniendo en la empresa una mejora continúan donde todos los componentes de la organización pueden aportar con el fin de tener una empresa exitosa con estándares de alta calidad y el personal calificado para liderar y desarrollar las actividades necesarias para el fortalecimiento del sistema. |
Abstract: | The innovation and quality of a company is developed largely by the skills acquired by managers through their training, the main objective of this project is to identify the main foundations for bringing a company to total quality using innovative products and services, where management training is of great importance as their skills help to develop skills in workers, having in the company an improvement continues where all the components of the organization can contribute in order to have a successful company with high quality standards and qualified personnel to lead and develop the activities necessary for the strengthening of the system. |
