Resumen:	Se realizó la reestructuración de las áreas de servicio del taller, considerando que la empresa cuenta con dos talleres dedicados a mecánica especializada, casos de colisión por aseguradora e independientes, latonería y pintura, entre otras especialidades.
Abstract:	The restructuring of the service areas of the workshop was carried out, considering that the company has two workshops dedicated to specialized mechanics, cases of collision by insurer and independent, brasswork and painting, among other specialties.
