Resumen:	La metodología de trabajo se encuentra establecida mediante fases que buscan generar armonía en toda la propuesta del plan maestro rematando en un proyecto arquitectónico, dichas fases están trabajadas y evaluadas con el fin de mejorar la competitividad y valores existentes en la región de sabana centro. Formando como primera fase la integración del plan maestro resolviendo falencias a nivel de región, en la segunda fase se busca fortalecer los municipios con mayor debilidad con planes parciales que crean un concepto de borde y mejoran el vínculo de trabajo entre municipio – región y por último se busca integrar un proyecto arquitectónico que solucione de forma directa las condiciones del municipio y la población directa de este.
Abstract:	The work methodology is established through phases that seek to generate harmony throughout the proposal of the master plan, finishing off an architectural project, these phases are worked and evaluated in order to improve the competitiveness and existing values in the central savanna region. Forming as a first phase the integration of the master plan resolving flaws at the regional level, in the second phase it seeks to strengthen the municipalities with the greatest weakness with partial plans that create an edge concept and improve the work link between municipality - region and finally It seeks to integrate an architectural project that directly solves the conditions of the municipality and its direct population.
