Resumen: | En este trabajo se analiza la relación entre la selección de personal y una de las metodologías aplicadas para desarrollarla llamada Assessment Center, donde se compararán las distintas técnicas utilizadas por este modelo de reclutamiento y también como beneficia a las organizaciones un adecuado proceso de selección de personal. Se da inicio con una breve introducción al término, su origen y como ha venido evolucionando su concepto con el paso de los años. La finalidad de esta investigación es evidenciar y detallar la importancia que tiene el Assessment Center como solución para dar inicio a un buen proceso de selección de personal, que por medio de una serie de ejercicios nos permita perfilar y evaluar las condiciones y habilidades de un aspirante para determinar si este cumple los requisitos solicitados para ocupar un cargo determinado por la organización. |
Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relationship between the staff pick within a company and one of the methodologies used to develop them, called Assessment Center. Where the different specific techniques can be compared by this recruitment model, We will also show how organizations benefit from an adequate personnel selection process. It begins with a brief introduction to the term, its origin and how its concept has evolved over the years. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate and detail the importance of the Assessment Center as a solution to start a good person selection process, that through a series of exercises allows us to profile and evaluate the conditions and skills of an applicant to determine if it meets the requirements requested to fill a position determined by the organization |
