Resumen: | Restaurante Caserito es una microempresa la cual ha sido dirigida de forma empírica, es decir, carece de herramientas administrativas o un plan de negocio que permita definir con claridad qué se está ofreciendo en el mercado. Es por esta razón que se ha decidido desarrollar un modelo de negocio utilizando la metodología Canvas la cual permite estructurar al restaurante en nueve grupos generando una propuesta de valor que será la base de la empresa. Aplicando el modelo de negocio Canvas se pudo determinar que el restaurante actualmente está generando un margen de utilidad neta del 4.76% lo que significa que por cada $100 pesos de ingresos, al restaurante le quedan $4.76 pesos luego de restar los costos, gastos y pagar los impuestos. |
Abstract: | Restaurante Caserito is a microenterprise which has been managed in an empirical way, that is, it lacks administrative tools or a business plan that allows to clearly define what is being offered in the market. It is for this reason that it has been decided to develop a business model using the Canvas methodology which allows the restaurant to be structured in nine groups generating a value proposal that will be the basis of the company. Applying the Canvas Business Model, it was determined that the restaurant is currently generating a net profit margin of 4.76% which means that for every $100 pesos of income, the restaurant has $4.76 pesos left after subtracting costs, expenses and paying taxes. |
