| Resumen: | El proyecto está localizado en el municipio de Girardot, Cundinamarca, dentro del corredor Girardot – Cajamarca, donde se ha podido observar como las prácticas y actividades turísticas en el sector, han tenido un impacto negativo en la parte ambiental y social del territorio, generando exclusión social y contaminación. El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo generar una recuperación integral en el municipio de una manera sostenible y que aporte al desarrollo económico, social y ambiental de la ciudad. Generar un proyecto arquitectónico que potencie el potencial turístico y cultural del municipio por medio de espacios para eventos y exposiciones que aporte al medio ambiente y a la comunidad girardoteña. |
| Abstract: | The project is located in the municipality of Girardot, Cundinamarca, within the Girardot - Cajamarca corridor, where it has been possible to observe how tourism practices and activities in the sector have had a negative impact on the environmental and social part of the territory, generating exclusion social and pollution. The present project aims to generate a comprehensive recovery in the municipality in a sustainable way that contributes to the economic, social and environmental development of the city. Generate an architectural project that enhances the tourist and cultural potential of the municipality through spaces for events and exhibitions that contribute to the environment and the community of Girona. |
