Resumen: | En el presente trabajo investigativo se busca definir la mejor alternativa para la obtención de antocianinas a partir del fruto de corozo (Bactris guineensis) mediante la recolección bibliográfica de distintos autores donde abordan la extracción de compuestos fenólicos y a su vez la separación de las antocianinas. |
Abstract: | In this research work we seek to define the best alternative for obtaining anthocyanins from the corozo fruit (Bactris guineensis) through the bibliographic collection of different authors where they address the extraction of phenolic compounds and in turn the separation of anthocyanins. |
