Resumen: | Bajo la directriz de una gestión adecuada de la zona de bajamar y el frente marítimo se plantea la adecuada promoción y organización espacial de la vivienda que permita incluir equipamientos y establecer nuevas oportunidades y actividades para la población, mejores condiciones habitacionales, oportunidades de empleo, desarrollo económico e industrial, calidad de estudio y formación para la población y satisfacer las condiciones básicas humanas que son necesarias y en muchos casos precarias para la gran mayoría de los habitantes de la región. |
Abstract: | Under the guideline of proper management of the low-tide area and the seafront, the adequate promotion and spatial organization of housing is proposed that allows the inclusion of facilities and the establishment of new opportunities and activities for the population, better housing conditions, employment opportunities, development. economic and industrial, quality of study and training for the population and satisfy the basic human conditions that are necessary and in many cases precarious for the vast majority of the inhabitants of the region. |
