dc.descriptionThe present article’s main objective is to offer an implementation framework of the first two stages of the Colombian Decree Law 1072 of 2015 to Club Piccoli Bambini Kindergarten in the middle of the situation caused by the SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19) virus. This is based on different statutes provided by the national legislation in terms of Occupational Health and Safety, taking as main models Colombian Law 1562 of 2012 and Guía Técnica Colombiana 45 (GTC 45). The framework is complemented by tools that allowed to define an Occupational Health and Safety initial evaluation, and thus various solutions were offered to improve the OHS management inside the institution. Alongside, a biosafety protocol is provided to reduce the negative impact of COVID-19 and other biological risks that most commonly affect workers and teachers’ integrity, which makes difficult to guarantee the children’s proper development.spa
dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo busca ofrecer una esquema de implementación de las dos primeras fases del decreto 1072 de 2015 al jardín infantil Club Piccoli bambin, en medio de la coyuntura generada por la pandemia del virus SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19). Esto se realiza con base en sus estatutos y demás normas dictadas por la legislación colombiana con respecto al Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, tomando también como otros referentes principales la Ley 1562 de 2012, la Guía Técnica Colombiana 45 (GTC 45). Dicho esquema está complementado por herramientas que lograron definir un diagnóstico inicial en Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo y que, a su vez, ofreciera diversas soluciones a cada una de las problemáticas identificadas. Por otro lado, se ofrece un protocolo de bioseguridad que permite mitigar el impacto del COVID-19, al igual que de diversos riesgos biológicos que afecten la integridad de los trabajadores y, a su vez, dificulten el desarrollo saludable de los menores de edad que están bajo el cuidado de la institución educativa.spa
