| Resumen: | La reestructuración técnico administrativa de la empresa Citroën Service Express S.A.S., inicia con un diagnóstico del sector y de la empresa para determinar el estado actual y establecer acciones de mejora; por medio del análisis PESTAL, matriz POAM y matriz DOFA para identificar las variables macro y micro que inciden directamente sobre ella ; se realizó el análisis operacional por medio de un estudio de tiempos, diagramas de procesos, diagrama de operaciones, entre otros; se efectúa el estudio administrativo para identificar los problemas existentes tanto a nivel operativo como organizacional y así establecer acciones que permitan dar una posible solución a los mismos. |
| Abstract: | The administrative technical restructuring of Citroën Service Express S.A.S., begins with a diagnosis of the sector and the company to determine the current state and establish improvement actions; through the PESTAL analysis, POAM matrix and matrix SWOT to identify the variables macro and micro that directly affect it; the operational analysis through a study of times, process diagrams, flowchart, among others; the administrative study is carried out to identify existing problems both at the level operating as organizational and thus establish actions that allow to give a possible solution to them. |
