| Resumen: | En el presente proyecto se realiza una reestructuración técnico administrativa de la empresa Industrias Tornometal Jr SAS, fabricante de maquinaria agroindustrial. Con el fin de identificar el estado actual de la empresa se realizó un diagnóstico interno y PESTAL, a través de herramientas de ingeniería como el diagrama Ishikawa y cuestionario de la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, fue posible identificar estrategias de mejora. Posteriormente se desarrolló un estudio técnico el cual está compuesto por un estudio de tiempos y movimientos, métodos, análisis de capacidades, análisis de la demanda y estudio de proveedores, 5`s, y el cual dio como resultado unos ahorros de tiempos y dinero para la organización. |
| Abstract: | In the following project a technical administrative restructuring is done of agroindustrial machinery makers, Industrias Tornometal Jr SAS. With the purpose of identifying the present state of the company was made an internal and external diagnosis PESTAL, through engineering tools as Ishikawa chart, Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá survey, was possible identified improvement strategies. Afterwards was development a technical study composed by an analysis of times and movements, methods, capacity analysis, demand analysis, 5`S, it brought results time and money savings for the company. |
