Resumen: | En este documento descriptivo investigativo se pretende mostrar la relación que tiene la motivación laboral con la productividad de los colaboradores de las empresas de la industria de hidrocarburos en Colombia. A través, de la revisión documental de autores especializados en el tema y las diferentes teorías postuladas sobre dicha temática, se propone desarrollar directrices para el control de las variables de la motivación laboral, y así brindar herramientas a las áreas de gestión del talento humano de las organizaciones, para que se concienticen de la necesidad de promover una óptima motivación laboral en el talento humano, y tengan los medios para desarrollar dicha iniciativa. Esto con el objetivo de que las empresas del gremio, sean competitivas en un mercado tan cambiante como lo es el de los hidrocarburos. |
Abstract: | This descriptive investigative document is intended to show the relationship that work motivation has with the productivity of employees of companies in the hydrocarbon industry in Colombia. Through the documentary review of authors specialized in the subject and the different theories postulated on this subject, it is proposed to develop guidelines for the control of the variables of work motivation, and thus provide tools to the areas of human talent management of organizations, so that they become aware of the need to promote optimal work motivation in human talent, and have the means to develop this initiative. This with the aim that the companies of the union are competitive in a market as changing as that of hydrocarbons. |
