Resumen:	Se realiza un análisis de los determinantes sociales con mayor contribución en la ocurrencia del embarazo en la adolescencia, así como la deserción escolar y la falta de oportunidades laborales como la mayor consecuencia de este problema. Se determina que el abandono del sistema educativo a causa de la maternidad adolescente son lo que favorecen los círculos de la pobreza, dado que los embarazos tempranos no deseados en ausencia de redes sociales de apoyo, dificultan las oportunidades de desarrollo personal y el fortalecimiento de capacidades, limitan el acceso a oportunidades económicas y sociales e inciden en forma negativa sobre la conformación de hogares entre parejas sin suficiente autonomía e independencia económica para asumir la responsabilidad derivada y el fortalecimiento individual y familiar. Conocidas las acciones que deben ser implementadas para prevenir el embarazo y la paternidad en adolescentes, el siguiente paso debe concentrarse en diseñar e implementar espacios académicos y alojamientos que permitan actuar sobre las necesidades principales de los adolescentes, en particular entre los 15 y 19 años de edad. Por esto, por medio de la arquitectura adaptable se diseñará un ante proyecto con espacios acorde a las necesidades académicas y de vivienda para favorecer el desarrollo de las madres adolescentes y sus hijos.
Abstract:	An analysis of the social determinants with the greatest contribution to the occurrence of pregnancy in adolescence is carried out, as well as school dropout and lack of job opportunities as the greatest consequence of this problem. It is determined that the abandonment of the educational system due to adolescent motherhood is what favors the circles of poverty, given that unwanted early pregnancies in the absence of social support networks hinder opportunities for personal development and capacity building. , limit access to economic and social opportunities and have a negative impact on the formation of households between couples without sufficient autonomy and economic independence to assume the derived responsibility and individual and family strengthening. Knowing the actions that must be implemented to prevent pregnancy and paternity in adolescents, the next step should focus on designing and implementing academic spaces and accommodations that allow acting on the main needs of adolescents, particularly between 15 and 19 years of age. age. For this reason, through adaptable architecture, a preliminary project will be designed with spaces according to academic and housing needs to favor the development of adolescent mothers and their children.
