Resumen: | El trabajo de investigación realizado está orientado a conocer los estilos de liderazgo apropiados para buscar que los trabajadores de generaciones jóvenes como Milennials y Centennials tengan un desempeño sobresaliente dentro de las organizaciones y estén orientados a la generación de valor para los stakeholders, para lo cual se llevó a cabo un estudio cuantitativo no experimental con la toma de datos transversal y para el abordaje del tema se utilizó la técnica del focus group. El objetivo de este trabajo es identificar los estilos de liderazgo que deberán emplear las personas que están situadas en la cadena de mando dentro las organizaciones y que serán más efectivos a la hora de direccionar a la nueva fuerza laboral. Este objetivo se va a llevar a cabo mediante una encuesta y entrevistas donde se identifiquen que factores son claves a la hora que un Milennial o un Centennial se encuentre dentro de una organización y este se sienta motivado, se sienta comprometido y sean más productivos dentro de la misma. |
Abstract: | The research work carried out is aimed at knowing the appropriate leadership styles to seek that workers of young generations such as Millennials and Centennials have an outstanding performance within organizations and are oriented to the generation of value for stakeholders, for which carried out a non-experimental quantitative study with cross-sectional data collection and the focus group technique was used to approach the subject. The objective of this work is to identify the leadership styles that should be used by people who are located in the chain of command within organizations and that will be more effective when directing the new workforce. This objective will be carried out through a survey and interviews to identify which factors are key when a Millennial or a Centennial finds themselves within an organization and they feel motivated, feel committed and are more productive within the organization. the same. |
