Resumen:	En el marco del Plan de Desarrollo Distrital 2020 -2024: Un nuevo contrato social y ambiental para la Bogotá del Siglo XXI, en especial el eje No 1 “Generación de oportunidades de educación salud y cultura para mujeres, jóvenes, niños niñas y adolescentes”, la apuesta estratégica está dirigida a poner en marcha un nuevo contrato social con igualdad de oportunidades en la inclusión social, productiva y política” mediante el programa: Educación para todos y todas: acceso y permanencia con equidad y énfasis en educación rural y formación integral: más y mejor tiempo en los colegios, las cuales tienen el fin de cerrar las brechas de acceso y permanencia en la ciudad que se manifiestan especialmente entre territorios de tal manera que se favorezca la permanencia escolar desde la educación inicial hasta la graduación, con ser vicios de educación inicial pertinentes y de calidad en el marco de la atención integral, con el fin de potenciar su desarrollo, a través de una oferta flexible que tenga en cuenta las dinámicas socioeconómicas de las familias y cuidadores, hasta la implementación de acciones que reduzcan los factores de riesgo de deserción y repitencia escolar. Aumentar la calidad de la educación, con la pertinencia de la jornada única y completa, a la vez disminuir brechas de inequidad que existen en el sistema educativo.
Abstract:	Within the framework of the District Development Plan 2020 -2024: A new social and environmental contract for Bogotá of the XXI Century, especially axis No. 1 "Generation of educational opportunities, health and culture for women, youth, children and adolescents" , the strategic commitment is aimed at launching a new social contract with equal opportunities in social, productive and political inclusion" through the program: Education for all: access and permanence with equity and emphasis on rural education and comprehensive training : more and better time in schools, which have the purpose of closing the gaps in access and permanence in the city that are manifested especially between territories in such a way that school permanence is favored from initial education to graduation, with pertinent and quality initial education defects within the framework of comprehensive care, in order to promote their development, through a flexible offer that takes into account the socioeconomic dynamics of families and caregivers, until the implementation of actions that reduce risk factors for dropping out and repeating school. Increase the quality of education, with the relevance of the single and full day, while reducing gaps of inequality that exist in the educational system.
