Resumen:	El presente documento plantea un desafío en el cual la arquitectura debe crear espacios habitables capaces de hacer viable el aumento de la densidad poblacional y el incremento de la calidad de vida, desafío en el cual la naturaleza misma se constituye como un catalizador que articule espacialmente los paisajes naturales y artificiales en aras de dicho equilibrio. A partir de la identificación de vacíos urbanos como áreas de oportunidad, en el centro urbano de la ciudad de Bogotá, se desarrolla una propuesta de un edificio sostenible para la superposición de paisajes. Lo anterior va a permitir que los paisajes naturales se dispongan en varios niveles apilados, ofreciendo una amplia diversidad de espacios públicos y permitiendo la aparición de nuevas relaciones espaciales para constituir un nuevo hito arquitectónico que representa a una sociedad incluyente y contemporánea.
Abstract:	This document poses a challenge in which architecture must create habitable spaces capable of making viable the increase in population density and the increase in quality of life, a challenge in which nature itself constitutes itself as a catalyst that spatially articulates the Natural and artificial landscapes for the sake of said balance. From the identification of urban voids as areas of opportunity, in the urban center of the city of Bogotá, a proposal for a sustainable building for the superimposition of landscapes is developed.The foregoing will allow the natural landscapes to be arranged in several stacked levels, offering a wide diversity of public spaces and allowing the appearance of new spatial relationships to constitute a new Architectural landmark that represents an inclusive and contemporary society
