| Resumen: | El presente trabajo, tiene como finalidad analizar la importancia que tiene el liderazgo en las empresas constructoras de carácter mediano PYMES, orientado a afianzar la sostenibilidad, lo cual favorece la productividad y competitividad de estas. Para lo anterior, lo investigado se acercó principalmente a establecer los modelos, estilos, características del liderazgo organizacional, con el fin de determinar la importancia que tienen en el sector de la construcción; para que de esta forma los procesos que se lleven a cabo dentro de la empresa sean más eficientes. |
| Abstract: | The purpose of this work is to analyze the importance of leadership in medium-sized construction companies (SMEs), aimed at strengthening sustainability, which favors their productivity and competitiveness. For the above, the research mainly approached establishing the models, styles, characteristics of organizational leadership, in order to determine the importance they have in the construction sector; so that in this way the processes carried out within the company are more efficient. |
