Resumen: | El presente trabajo de investigación es un caso de estudio, el cual busca proponer un modelo con base en la Administración por Valores como estrategia para el mejoramiento del clima organizacional en la Empresa SST MOOL S.A.S. Se inicia con el diagnóstico del Clima Organizacional (C.O.) de la empresa SST MOOL S.A.S., se estudiaron diversas herramientas de medición, finalmente se determina la aplicación del Instrumento para Medir Clima en Organizaciones Colombianas (IMCOC), se realiza un análisis de los resultados obtenidos por variable evaluada y se determina la percepción del C.O. de los trabajadores de la empresa. A partir de estos resultados, se definieron cuáles fueron los factores relevantes que requerían de intervención para la mejora del ambiente laboral. |
Abstract: | The present research work is a case study, which seeks to propose a model based on Administration by Values as a strategy for improving the organizational climate in the Company SST MOOL S.A.S. It begins with the diagnosis of the Organizational Climate (O.C.) of the company SST MOOL S.A.S., various measurement tools were studied, finally the application of the Instrument to Measure Climate in Colombian Organizations (IMCOC) is determined, an analysis of the results obtained is carried out. by variable evaluated and the perception of the C.O. is determined. of the company's workers. Based on these results, the relevant factors that required intervention to improve the work environment were defined. |
