Resumen:	La falta de una planta física para las micro, pequeña y mediana empresa (MiPymes) es una problemática al momento de querer potenciar su capacidad de crecimiento empresarial, llevando a los micro emprendedores a omitir y dejar de lado el lugar de trabajo, improvisando en muchas ocasiones en espacios que no fueron diseñados para la actividad que quieren realizar, sin tener en cuenta que este va a ser un lugar dónde van a invertir largas horas, un lugar que va a representar su imagen y un lugar que debería ayudar a su productividad. Desde las estrategias consultadas en la teoría de la arquitectura flexible, se pretende generar estos espacios de trabajo colaborativo dirigido a las microindustrias de fabricación de muebles En el barrio 12 de octubre en la ciudad de Bogotá, zona que representa una de las mayores aglomeraciones tipo clúster de la industria de fabricación de muebles dentro del casco urbano de Bogotá.
