Abstract: | The present work is a theoretical development on the programmatic organization through rings that replace the linear programmatic organization and that are also a continuity of the work of Koolhaas and his programmatic bands, said spatial organization responds to the need to design architecture that is concerned with its link with public space, which understands the urban pressures of the city, as well as its inevitable and changing needs. This architecture, wanting to articulate itself with the urban space, seeks to blur the boundary between the private and the public through strategies proposed by Steven Holl in his writing “this is Hybrid”. |
