dc.description | During this internship, it is proposed to use 3D software to model prototypes of crates intended for export from the initial phases of development, in Plasticos y Maderas Reciclables S.A.S for the client COLMOTORES. Currently, the prototyping process uses raw materials that are then discarded or modified, generating significant waste in products that do not reach the final market, in addition to requiring considerable production resources for their manufacture. Through 3D modeling in early stages, the aim is to optimize the design without compromising valuable resources and considerably reducing development time. In addition, the appropriate phytosanitary treatment for the products will be investigated and a standardized protocol will be established for the assembly of the final products, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations and production efficiency. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | Durante esta pasantía, se propone emplear software 3D para modelar prototipos de huacales destinados a la exportación desde las fases iniciales de desarrollo, en Plásticos y Maderas Reciclables S.A.S para el cliente COLMOTORES. Actualmente, el proceso de prototipado utiliza materias primas que luego se descartan o modifican, generando desperdicios significativos en productos que no llegan al mercado final, además de requerir recursos considerables de producción para su fabricación. Mediante el modelado 3D en etapas tempranas, se busca optimizar el diseño sin comprometer recursos valiosos y reducir considerablemente el tiempo de desarrollo. Además, se investigará el tratamiento fitosanitario adecuado para los productos y se establecerá un protocolo estandarizado para el ensamblaje de los productos finales, garantizando cumplimiento con normativas vigentes y eficiencia en la producción. | spa |
