Resumen: | Ser competitivo es estar actualizado, en particular, para lograr aprender -de- las transformaciones globales en las que todos estamos inmersos. El quedarse con los conocimientos adquiridos por formación o experiencia, permite mantener una posición que da calma, pero que conlleva al enorme riesgo de perderlo todo por no entender los cambios dentro de un sistema, en este caso particular, de una organización [de su entorno, de su recurso humano...] inherentes a las nuevas tendencias que buscan mejorar y optimizar todo tipo de procesos para no solo mantenerse sino crecer. |
Abstract: | Being competitive is being updated, in particular, to learn from the global transformations in which we are all immersed. Staying with the knowledge acquired through training or experience allows you to maintain a position that gives calm, but that carries the enormous risk of losing everything by not understanding the changes within a system, in this particular case, of an organization [of its environment. , of its human resources...] inherent to new trends that seek to improve and optimize all types of processes to not only maintain but grow. |
