| Resumen: | El presente proyecto estudia la factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de servicios domésticos en la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia. Identificando el contexto mediante un análisis externo e interno de la empresa que es llamada SERV SAS, logrando establecer una clara demanda creciente que será mitigada por la empresa anteriormente citada. Partiendo desde un punto de vista técnico para la definición del producto y la organización, como también la viabilidad financiera que avale el proyecto desde el punto de vista económico y rentable. |
| Abstract: | This project studies the feasibility for the creation of a domestic services company in the city of Bogotá, Colombia. Identifying the context through an external and internal analysis of the company called SERV SAS, achieving a clear demand that is mitigated by the aforementioned company. Starting from a technical point of view for the definition of the product and the organization, also the financial viability that is available from the economic and profitable point of view. |
