| Resumen: | Este trabajo tiene por objetivo la implementación del Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) con base en el Decreto 1072 de 2015 “Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector del Trabajo” en la CONSTRUCTORA SINATEL LTDA., con el fin de mejorar las condiciones laborales, mejorar la calidad de vida de cada uno de los trabajadores, aumentar la confianza de la empresa, además de dar cumplimiento a la normatividad legal vigente. Inicialmente se realiza un diagnóstico que permite verificar en qué estado se encuentra el SG-SST en la empresa, por medio de la herramienta establecida por la Resolución 1111 de 2017. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to implement the Occupational Health and Safety System (SG-SST) based on Decree 1072 of 2015 "Single Regulatory Decree of the Labor Sector" in CONSTRUCTORA SINATEL LTDA., In order to improve working conditions, improve the quality of life of each worker, increase the confidence of the company, in addition to compliance with current legal regulations. Initially, a diagnosis is made to verify the status of the SG-SST in the company, by means of the tool established by Resolution 1111 of 2017. |
